Harmonious
Mom
Roundtable
Running a business as a mom does not have to feel like a constant balancing act.
Step into a virtual space where founder moms refuse to sacrifice their wellbeing for business success.
You have a vision for a business that supports your life, not one that consumes it.
You are passionate about the impact you create and you are ready to be compensated well for it.
But somewhere along the way, the promise of freedom turned into an endless project list that follows you home.
You are doing the work, yet you constantly wonder if you are focusing on the right things. You want to be a leader who is both profitable and present, but you feel like you are currently failing at both.
You are in the right place.

Like you haven't made enough of a dent in what truly matters
Your brain is split between client needs, operational management, and the emotional labor of your household
Guilty when you are with your kids because you are thinking about your inbox, and you guilty when you are working because you are thinking about what you are missing at home
isolating.
The business networking communities you have tried in the past made you feel like you needed to place your role as a mom on the back-burner to be successful.
They didn't see the ways motherhood enhances your perspective and capabilities, making you a stronger business leader.
They didn't include your lifestyle as a mom as an essential part of designing a sustainable business approach that you could operate from longterm, if you wish.

You know you are capable of more,
but you feel like you are running
out of hours in the day to actually build
the legacy you desire.
What if you didn't need to do more but could leverage what you're already doing instead?

I spent years in Human Resources, watching incredibly talented people struggle to maintain their humanity while trying to meet professional demands.
I saw the toll that misaligned roles and lack of
support took on their wellbeing. When I transitioned into coaching,
I noticed the exact same patterns in business owners.
You start with a dream of freedom and flexibility, only to find
yourself drowning under layers of roles you never intended to play.
I became a mother and my perspective shifted. I realized that
my business had to be a reflection of my values,
not just my outcomes. I studied the Science of Wellbeing for Parents because
I refused to accept that success had to come at the expense of my
health or my family.
I developed a different way of working, one that leans into simplicity and strong relationships. I now support other women to move away from the frantic pace
of a freelancer to the calm authority of a CEO.
I'm here to help you do the same.

At this Roundtable, Moms Are Working on Things Like

Having More Peer Relationships

Enjoying Life, Rather Than Just Surviving

Being a mom is a leadership advantage, not a liability.
In other business spaces this sentiment didn't seem to be common.
I started the Harmonious Mom Roundtable because after actively seeking out more community with driven moms growing their businesses, I found everything I tried fell short.
Moms are building businesses. I knew this. Yet, connecting with them felt more coincidental than intentional.
Even in business spaces focused on women, I sometimes caught an eye-roll when I shared that I was a mom.
To me, being a mom had sharpened my business instincts: it gave me a wider perspective, more depth of awareness, and a compounded drive to build something worth leaving behind. It taught me how to manage a hundred tiny details a day without losing sight of the big picture. I'd been lucky to have people in my life who saw that clearly. But it was just as clear that plenty of others didn't.

Becoming a mom redefined how I valued my time, and by extension, my work. I wanted the time I spent networking, collaborating, and laying the foundation for mutual supportive partnerships to feel aligned.
That never meant shrinking my world. Difference supports growth, and I still wanted a network full of people with different perspectives, backgrounds, and expertise than mine. I just didn't want to check a huge part of myself at the door to have it.
I wanted a virtual space to form relationships with a broader base of moms. I still wanted to meet, collaborate, and support women business owners who aren't moms but wanted my reality to be respected in the process. I didn't want everything I'd been passionate about and worked toward prior to becoming a mom to feel like it somehow mattered less, that somehow anything I pursued was a haphazard side project alongside my motherhood. That didn't feel fair given the effort I've put into staying on my A-game and delivering quality services.
The more I reflected on this and spoke to other moms in business, the more clear it was that despite all of the "Mompreneur", "Boss Mom", "Working Mom" posts I see out there, what I was looking for didn't yet exist.
I wanted to build a life with harmony. I didn't feel the need to ignore major parts of my life to do this. I was going to grow my business with or without more support. With it seemed better. Faster. More fun.
The Harmonious Mom Roundtable was formed because I envisioned confidently rolling a seat over to the table, and being welcomed. Today, I want to welcome you to do the same.
Despite all of the coaching and community-building I've done, I recognize that life as a mom is ever-evolving. My role here isn't to tell you what to do. It's to put real, practical strategies in front of you that actually account for a mom's life, and to hold space for you to decide what works best for you.

This boardroom is specifically designed for service-based mom founders who are committed to growing their businesses in sustainable ways.
The title mom includes birth and non-birthing parents, step, bonus, and those bridging the gap for a child or children. Regardless of your journey stepping into motherhood, you are welcomed to this inclusive virtual space.
Life as a mom-founder is unpredictable. While the magic happens when we connect live, workshop sessions are typically recorded (unless a guest speaker opts-out).
You'll have access to the recorded sessions within the community resource area.
No. While there are incredible women in this community you'll want to get to know.
The benefits stretch beyond the relationships you make.
We prioritize the work that helps you run a fulfilling business and design a life you love.
It's about your own personal and professional evolution while expanding your relationships.
The principles of simple systems, strong relationships, and optimal lifestyle apply to every business owner, regardless of your specific niche.
By focusing on your core identity as a CEO and the lifestyle
you want to create as a mom you are able to build industry agnostic relationships with plenty of common ground as mission-driven, harmonious moms.
No.
The Harmonious Mom Roundtable is not a coaching program, and one-on-one coaching sessions are not included in your membership.
This space is for ongoing community support, expansive relationships, and practical habits that help you get more out of what you're already doing.
I bring my background as a coach certified in life, leadership, business, and whole-person coaching, plus prior experience designing community, wellness, and benefits systems in HR into how I lead and facilitate inside the Roundtable.
But, please ask about my coaching programs if you're looking for more personalized, one-on-one support. Members get priority access to my other offers.
